Teen Outreach Program (TOP)

VOICE's Teen Outreach Program (TOP) is a platform that empowers youth with hearing loss by guiding and encouraging them to exceed their goals while providing the necessary tools and resources in order to develop strong self-advocacy, communication, and leadership skills. VOICE hosts numerous social events and interactive workshops to connect youth living with hearing loss.
