VOICE is dedicated to supporting educators in providing practical ideas to promote academic success, effective parenting, a solid home-and-school partnership, healthy habits, and positive character traits. We are always looking to grow our team of educators by providing areas to get involved in communities and programs. If you're an educator and are interested in getting involved in a dynamic, like-minded group, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line "Educator"
VOICE has been successful in helping children and youth with hearing loss for 50 years, and we are extremely proud of what our network has achieved by participating in auditory-verbal therapy programs. By staying connected with our alumni, we have been able to encourage current children and youth and connect them with wonderful role models and mentors. Some of our current alumni are now working in fields of education, graphic design, nursing, law, broadcasting and more.
Are you VOICE Alumni? If so, we would love to hear from you! Send us an update at email@example.com with the subject line "Alumni." Can't wait to hear from you!
The VOICE Mentorship Program utilizes a peer coaching model in assisting professionals to develop Auditory-Verbal knowledge and skills in teaching children with hearing losses to listen and speak. Candidates will develop skills based on their own caseload. It provides the candidate with the opportunity to work closely with a mentor who is a VOICE practicing Listening and Spoken Language Specialist.
